SGI’s mission is to partner with Christian women business owners who are ready to trade confusion for clarity, self-doubt for confidence, and busyness for purposeful execution. Together, we build profitable, purpose-driven businesses that truly honor God. Through Christ-centered coaching, the proprietary GPS Daily Journal, the Love & Like Yourself curriculum, and a proven business transformation roadmap, we go where other coaches won’t — into your finances, your past, your identity, your habits, and your calling. We build something unshakeable from the inside out. Our philosophy is that every female business owner has been hand-picked by God for this role — which is both an honor and a responsibility. Our goal is to empower each woman to become her own version of a BossBabe4Christ and fully own it, while having fun. About SGI’s Founder:
I am a Hawaii-born, beach-raised, lifelong athlete and hula dancer who grew up with faith as my foundation and competition in my blood. Those roots — the discipline of sport, the soul of hula, and a family that showed up for everything — shaped everything about who I am today. From a young age, I knew that if I wanted to show up fully for my family the way they showed up for me, I needed the flexibility and freedom that only business ownership could provide. That dream is exactly what drives me to create the same opportunity for every woman I coach.
I built a solid corporate career in my 20s before taking a leap of faith in 2011 to found SGI Business Solutions, LLC. What followed was not an overnight success story — it was nearly 15 years of radical faith, real financial hardship, and seasons of survival mode that tested everything I had. In 2018, I was burnt out and telling people it was my last year of business coaching — until a client stopped me and asked: “Why would you stop? You’re so good at it.” That was my aha moment. I realized for the first time that the way I coach, the results I produce, and the impact I have on women is not just a skill — it is a God-given gift. And the moment I saw it as a gift, everything shifted. +
That revelation became the foundation of everything SGI is built on. Every tool I have created — the Love & Like Yourself Journal, born from my own heartbreak and a decade of inner work, and the GPS Daily Journal, developed through 14 years of daily faith habits — was God-ordained long before I understood what I was building.
Today, I partner with established Christian women business owners and corporate women ready to leap into entrepreneurship through a proven, 10-month, one-on-one transformation. The majority of the women I serve are mothers who have poured everything into their families and quietly lost themselves in the process. My heart is to remind them they are worthy, that investing in themselves is not selfish, and that a healed, whole, financially thriving woman does not just build a better business — she builds a stronger family and a lasting legacy. Across 40+ industries and nearly 15 years, my clients have doubled and tripled their revenues, hit career-high sales, and grown their businesses up to three times their original size. But the result I am most proud of? Women who finally know who they are in Christ — and build accordingly.
